
Shipping Policy

We’re so excited for you to begin your journey with The Neurodiverse Hero’s Journey! Whether you’re ordering for yourself, a loved one, or a client, we want your order to arrive safe, smooth, and on time. Here's everything you need to know:
Processing Time
Orders are usually packed and shipped within 2–5 business days after purchase. This does not include weekends or holidays. If there’s a delay for any reason, we’ll notify you by email.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder, or reach out and we’ll resend it.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t show up:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery)

Include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the damage
We’ll review the situation and do our best to offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Notes on Customs (International Orders)
For non-U.S. orders, your country may charge import taxes or customs duties. These fees are your responsibility and are not included in the price of the book or shipping.
