Refund Policy
We want you to feel supported and empowered on your journey through The Neurodiverse Hero’s Journey. If your experience with the workbook doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.
Digital Workbooks (PDF or eBook):
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded or accessed. If you experience a technical issue (e.g., file won’t open, broken links), please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Physical Workbooks (Print Copies):
If you purchased a physical copy and it arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation
Change of Mind:
We are a small neurodivergent-owned business, so unfortunately we cannot offer refunds for purchases made in error or for changes of mind after a successful download or delivery.
